Use of the Extension

The extension is intended for instructors, educational organizations, and training centers to generate and send student progress reports.

Google Account Authorization

The extension only accesses your Google account after you explicitly authorize it using Google's official OAuth authentication.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the emails sent using your Gmail account.
• You are responsible for the spreadsheet data you provide.
• You must ensure you have permission to contact your recipients.

Data Storage

The extension does not store Gmail messages, spreadsheet contents, or personal information.

Google APIs

Route Student Progress Report uses Google Sheets API and Gmail API solely to provide its intended functionality.
